High-Wear-Resistant Bearings

SKL high-wear-resistant bearings feature a wear-resistant coating applied to the surfaces of rolling elements and raceways via the physical vapor deposition (PVD) method. They are especially suitable for working conditions such as poor lubrication, rapid acceleration and deceleration, sudden load changes, vibration and reciprocating rotation. Bearing types applicable for this coating include deep groove ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, thrust ball bearings, needle roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and spherical roller bearings.
