Electrically Insulated Bearings

SKL electrically insulated bearings feature an alumina coating of a specific thickness applied to the outer surface of the bearing's outer ring, inner ring or end faces via plasma spraying technology, which endows the bearings with electrical insulation properties. The insulation performance is directly proportional to the coating thickness. Common types of electrically insulated bearings include deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, which are mainly applied to motors, generators, wind power and other related equipment.
